How we’re involved

We are involved as an ongoing maintenance and evolution project. We take care of monitoring, bug fixing, maintenance and implementation across the different parts of the platform. We also support technical decisions when existing workflows need to be improved or new features need to be introduced.

How we approached the project

Establish frequent exchanges and ensure clear communication.
Coordinate code cleanup and reorganization sessions, ranging from refactoring to framework and dependency updates.
Add monitoring systems (logs, error emails, standardize the use of tickets).
