How we’re involved

We were tasked to pick up the threads of the project after long years of little care. We had to make sure the project was migrated to supported versions with as little change as possible. We will also have to maintain it until it will be sunset.

How we approached the project

  • Versioning the code.

  • Making it run in a docker container

  • Establishing informal, efficient channels with each actor
  • Using a stage environment to carefully test the upgrade.
