How we’re involved
We have been part of the project from the very beginning. We reviewed the existing application and, for once, decided that building a new application was definitely more convenient that trying to renew the existing one.
How we approached the project
Carefully reviewing the features of the existing application.
Reducing the features at a minimum to contain costs and times.
Using a single Symfony project without a separate frontend.
Setting up a STAGE instance as soon as possible to get early client feedback.
