Sustainable and predictable business

You know what’s as important as increasing income and reducing expenses? Making them more stable and predictable. Years after years, we strived to streamline and distribute our flow so that now we can clearly see at any given moment how we’re doing and have a reasonably safe prediction about how we’re going to do in the next months.

One important part of this is reducing the duration of our maintenance service from 12 to 3 months, which makes for a more even distribution of cash flows. In fact, we’re even considering moving to 1 month duration.

A short duration has an additional benefit: it provides more flexibility and freedom to our customers. Recently a customer was in need of minor maintenance on an important software that was already planned to be replaced shortly. In the end, they used our services for two cycles and all parties were completely satisfied about it.

When we say “sustainable business”, we mean for everyone. 🙂
